Both a semi-automatic (Ercolina SA) version and an automatic (Ercolina A) version are available.
Both machines are hydraulic controlled. On the semi-automatic model, all actions are carried out using a joystick, which operates the control panel. The automaticmodel can store up to ten different program settings. The control panel also allows to adjust pressing time and cutting.
